At ShopNowDay, we work hard to provide high-quality digital automation tools, dashboards, templates, and custom-built systems. Since our products are digital and downloadable, they cannot be returned like physical items.
However, we always want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

Below is our clear and transparent refund policy.

🛒 Digital Products (Dashboards, Templates, Scripts, Apps)

Because digital items cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.

A refund may be offered only if:

✔ You are unable to access the product

✔ The file is corrupted and we cannot replace it

✔ You accidentally purchased the same item twice

✔ You did not download or use the item (must request within 24 hours)

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests depending on proof of issue.

🛠 Custom Automation Services (AppSheet, Integrations, Sheets)

Custom work requires time and development efforts.
Therefore:

❌ No refunds after the project has started

✔ 50% refundable if the project has not begun

✔ No refund once any part of the deliverables is shared

✔ Revisions are included based on the service agreement

📦 Subscription-Based Services

Some tools or automation systems may include recurring charges.
You may cancel your subscription anytime, but:

❌ No refunds for previous subscription periods

✔ Future renewals can be cancelled

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot/video of the issue (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–10 business days.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding product features
  • Inability to operate the file/app without proper tools (e.g., AppSheet, Google Sheets, API access)
  • Products already downloaded or used
  • Custom projects already started
  • Discounted or promotional items
